Another project that I worked on at Braun/Allison is a real estate development in Costa Rica called Limoncito, which consists of several condominium towers and some of the greatest white sand beaches around. Here are a few shots of the brochure. We kept it rugged and colorful, true to the feeling of this area of land in Costa Rica. Uncoated papers and a parchment textured die-cut cover added to the raw feeling.
